fyi.

for those of you that don't know, tomorrow is my birthday. i'm kind of excited, because frankly, i'm still a little kid and i get excited about birthdays and holidays. but, i'm having to give myself a reality check, because it's not going to be anything special. there's no one here to celebrate with, my mom, step-mom, and grandmother already gave me presents, and my daddy is helping on the coast. and have i mentioned that chris and all my other friends are gone...far, far away. yeah. i'm not expecting anything stellar, or really anything at all.

oh yeah, and tomorrow, you know the day of my birth...i have to spend in booneville (translation - nowheresville) shadowing a child welfare worker. so there won't be much celebration going on then. oh well...i guess that's what happens when you grow up. i'll be fine :)
